Common issues
Install Did We Pack, then tap the same invite link again. If you only have the custom app link, it looks like
didwepack://invite/…. HTTPS invite pages on this site also try to open that link.Use the same email you signed up with. Try “Email me a sign-in link” or reset password. Magic links open back into the app, not a browser account page.
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. That permanently removes your login and trips you own.
Allow notifications in iOS Settings for Did We Pack, then enable them again in the app. A permission grant without a push token still won’t fire reminders.
